Application

The pipe is uncovered from two sides. The cable puller with attached cable moves inside the pipe. Maximum length of designated area depends on the cable type and pipe shape. Effective length for 4 mm steel cable pulled in the straight steel pipe is not less than 1000 meters.

Ancillary equipment assigned for in-pipe usage is attached to the laid cable. The equipment could be as follows:
- Cleaning scraper or piston;
- Diagnostic equipment (former, caliper, defectoscope, etc.);
- Facing machine for applying cement-sand blanket;
- Polyethylene or steel pipe.

Equipment attached to the laid cable is pulled in the backward direction with the help of winch.
