For defects sealing in pipelines from 200 mm up to 900 mm in diameter.

System components:

• T2.3 Packer for bandages installation in pipelines from 200 mm up to 300 mm in diameter.
• T3.6 Packer for bandages installation in pipelines from 320 mm up to 600 mm in diameter.
• T6.9 Packer for bandages installation in pipelines from 600 mm up to 900 mm in diameter.
• Set of mounting parts – wheels, wheels fastener system and propulsion system for packer transportation through the pipeline.
• Hose drum with 150 m hose in length for air supplying from compressor to packer.

Packer is delivered through the pipeline to the damage area by means of P200 CCTV inspection system or C200 Cutter.

Installing bandage consists of metallic ferrule and a layer of cloth saturated with polymer. The packer is inflated and presses the ferrule with polymer under the pressure to the walls. The special lock on a bandage fixes the tight contact of a closure layer with a pipe side. Ferrules are either of stainless or carbon steel. A layer of rubber can substitute the saturated cloth.

All materials used at pipeline closure repairs are certified for using in drinking water supply.
