Modules for pipeline parameters measurement

In structure of robotic complexes for teleinspection and repair of pipelines the following modules can be used:

 


System of measurement of thickness of a wall of the pipeline

System of measurement of thickness of a wall of the pipeline

The system is constructed on the basis of the milling robot C200 in addition equipped with the standard contact ultrasonic gauge of measurement of thickness of metal.

It is applied to measurement of thickness of a wall of steel, pig-iron and other pipelines in diameter from 200 up to 600 mm, definition of the general deterioration, search of cavities on external and internal walls of a pipe, etc.

Principle of action of system: robot C200 D, moving on the pipeline on distance up to 300 meters, on a command of the operator stops in the chosen places then promotion of the thickness indicator before contact to an internal wall of the pipeline and measurement walls thickness is made. A drive of rotation of the robot C200 D allows to make measurement in any point on diameter of a pipe. At presence on an internal wall of the pipeline of adjournment (a scum, a rust, etc.) preliminary clearing of a place of measurement is made by means of the milling head of robot C200 D. For maintenance of contact of the thickness indicator with an internal surface of a pipe in a zone of contact the liquid moves by means of the special device.

At moving robot C200 D on the pipeline videoinspection which allows to reveal places of probable defects preliminary is made.

System of measurement of thickness of an internal covering of the pipeline

System of measurement of thickness of a cement-sandy covering of a wall of the pipeline.

The system is constructed on the basis of the teleinspection robot P200 in addition equipped with the gauge of measurement of thickness of not magnetic covering of the pipeline.

It is applied to measurement of thickness of an internal covering of a wall of the pipeline, after carrying out of regenerative works on cement-sandy technology. Allows to supervise quality of regenerative works.

Principle of action of system: robot P200, moving on the pipeline, on a command of the operator stops in the chosen places then there is a promotion of the gauge before contact to a cement-sandy covering of a wall of the pipeline then measurement is made. The drive of rotation of robot P200 allows to make measurement in any point on a circle of a pipe.

If at the maintaining organization already is present robotic complex P200 for teleinspection of pipelines, it is possible to equip it system of measurement of thickness of an internal covering of the pipeline.


System of measurement of objects in the pipeline

The system works in structure of a program complex "TELESCAN-2". It is applied at teleinspection of pipelines by the self-propelled robot or the floating module.

The system allows to carry out measurement of the sizes of object under its videoimage. Measurement is possible at presence in structure robotic complex of a videocamera with function of measurement.

 


System of definition of an inclination of the pipeline

The system works in structure of a program complex "TELESCAN-2". Provides an opportunity of definition of a bias of the pipeline on the basis of processing indications of the gauge-inclinometer included in robots P200 and C200. The given function expands opportunities robotic complex on diagnostics of a condition self-flowing collectors. The schedule received in result deposition of the pipeline allows to reveal sites with a non-standard bias and a counterbias.

It is applied at teleinspection of pipelines by the self-propelled robot or the floating module.
