P100 Robotic System
For CCTV inspection of pipelines from 90 up to 900 mm in diameter.
The videocamera can set on the center of pipelines in diameter up to 600 mm.
P100 Robotic system – is a portable, multi-purpose, analogue system of CCTV pipeline inspection based on the P100 self-propelled wheel robot “ROKOT” with mounted colour tilt & rotate camera having zoom option. It combines wide range of functional capabilities with simple design and low price. It showed itself like the most useful in official acceptance of water supply systems after renovation and construction. Small dimensions and availability of the articulated joint allow the P100 crawler to be loaded into water pipeline through the sleeve valve opened cover avoiding welding works.

P100 Crawler for CCTV inspection of pipelines from 300 mm up to 900 mm in diameter
It is widely used at drainage systems survey. It can be additionally fitted with Floating module for partially filled gravity manifolds survey by video camera for well inspection. The P100 crawler is filled with dry nitrogen from within for preventing water condensation inside the cases at work with temperature difference.
Since 2003 the P100 robot is equipped with cross-country capacity wheels, bushes for track widening, extra lights and camera height lifting facility for CCTV inspection of pipelines with large diameters – up to 900 mm.
The basic advantages of P100 complex :
- Presence of gauges of a bias and roll;
- Presence of system of onboard turn for maneuvering in pipes of the big diameter;
- Conclusion to the screen of indications of tilt and rotation of videocamera, gauges of a roll and inclination the robot;
- The monitoring system of the minimal superfluous pressure of nitrogen inside the robot;
- Opportunity of use of a videocamera with zoom and a screen wiper;
- The hinge of the basic socket for protection of a cable against damages;
- Opportunity of equipment by workstation CD3 on the basis of a portable computer (notebook) for management of a complex, for documenting the received information, and also for measurement of the sizes of defects (and other objects) in the pipeline, construction of the schedule of a bias of the pipeline.
Robot R-100 is filled from within by dry nitrogen for prevention of condensation of a moisture inside cases at work with difference of temperatures.
The robot is constructed on a new multipurpose platform of management: the equipment will functionally consist of the finished modules (a videocamera, the device of prompting, the transport module, a control panel, etc.). Each module has the uniform interface of management and a feed, and also system of internal diagnostics of malfunctions (gauges of pressure and temperatures, devices of protection on a current and a voltage). Modules are easily replaced and allow to build teleinspection systems with necessary characteristics. The majority of the finished modules can be applied in others robotic complexes of manufacture of TARIS Ltd.
In robot R100 the adaptive source of power supplies is applied. The adaptive power supply adjusts size of a current on an output depending on resistance of a cable and provides a constant of a current and a voltage on an input of the robot and a videocamera, irrespective of length of a cable. It facilitates modernization of the equipment, allows to change length of a cable without recustomizing the power supply.
System Components:
- Robot P100 (wheel, self-propelled, with a set of spare wheels);
- Color videocamera with zoom (10th multiple optical increase and 4th multiple digital increase), with the device tilt and rotation (for pipes in diameter more than 150 mm);
- Portable cable drum with the electronic gauge of metric area, with a cable in length up to 200 m;
- The portable control station with built - in digital videorecorder CM2;
- Workstation CD3 on notebook base (option);
- Additional equipment (nitrogen injection system , the device of input of a cable in the pipeline, etc.)
The block of management СМ2 of complex P100 can be completed with workstation СD3 c computer system of processing of the information on the basis of the software package "TELESCAN-Robot 2" which allows to combine the videoimage on the monitor with managing graphic interface, to keep images in a digital format, suitable for viewing on a personal computer, to print out reports with the videostaff on the color printer with imposing the text and graphic information, to archive and to systematize the data on a condition of communications for the subsequent analysis.

The additional equipment.
For teleinspection of in part filled collectors in diameter a complex it is possible to equip of 400-2000 mm floating module W100.

For inspection of water-supply wells in diameter from 80 up to 300 mm the videocamera for chinks is used. The videocamera can be equipped centralizers, the device tilt and rotation, and also additional fixtures, for chinks in diameter from 300 up to 1000 mm.
The maximal depth of immersing - 400 meters.
Complex P100 can be completed also with robot P200 for teleinspection of pipelines in diameter from 200 up to 1800 mm, milling robot C200 (see complex C200) and the complete paker set for relining closings up of defects in pipelines.

P200 Robotic System
Robotic complex P200 is applied to teleinspection of pipelines in diameter from 200 up to 1800 mm. The videocamera can settle down on the center of the pipeline in diameter from 200 up to 1200 mm.
Complex P200 - digital system of teleinspection of pipelines with the expanded opportunities on the basis of wheel self-propelled robot "Rokot" P200 with a color rotary videocamera with zoom.
Robot P200 has perfectly recommended itself at work in difficult conditions of sewer and water-waste networks, is widely applied also at inspection of waterpipes.

The additional equipment
For teleinspection of in part filled collectors in diameter complex P200 it is possible to equip of 400-3000 mm floating module W-350. The design of the floating module provides its steady horizontal position. The module is equipped with a color videocamera and system of additional illumination. In addition it can be equipped with the device tilt and rotation of a videocamera.
The new videocamera for inspection of chinks has an opportunity of rotation and tilt, that is provided with the special device of prompting.
Complex P200 can be completed also with robot P100 for teleinspection of pipelines in diameter from 90 mm, milling robot C200 (see complex C200) and the complete paker set for relining closings up of defects in pipelines.
