TARIS Company has taken part intechnological missions on application of Mechatronic in industrial production.

Research center of Mechatronic of University De Montfort and the Ministry of Trade and the Industries of the Great Britain during the period from November, 13 till November, 17, 2006 have lead the technological mission devoted of Mechatronic and its application in special mechanical engineering and industrial production in the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of mission on November, 14, 2006 in Moskow office TARIS Ltd the seminar on questions of application of mechatronic in the modern робото-technical equipment has been lead by the example of development of the company to areas CCTV systems.

Representatives of the leading scientific and technical centers and the companies of the Great Britain engaged in problems of application of mechatronic in special mechanical engineering and industrial production have taken part in a seminar.

During a meeting new samples of robotic complexes for teleinspection of municipal and industrial pipelines have been submitted to attention of the British delegation developed TARIS robotic systems for an oil-and-gas complex and the nuclear industry, and also.

The British visitors assessed the advanced technical decisions used by designers TARIS in the development, and also the high technological level of production achieved by the company.

TARIS Ltd. is certified on the correspondence to the International standard ISO 9001:2000

In July, 2006 the system of a quality management of company Taris has been certificated under the standard of requirements ISO 9001:2000. Area of certification: development, manufacture and afterselling service of wheel and caterpillar self-propelled robots with a television camera, manipulators, systems of teleinspection.

Robot R-200 will arrive to Malta

In May, 2006 the Maltese distributor of TARIS Ltd has won the tender on delivery of a complex of teleinspection for Corporation of Water supply of Malta (Water Service Corporation). The contract on delivery of robot R200 with computer system of the documenting mounted on automobile Citroen is made. Except for TARIS four more firms - manufacturers took part in the tender.

TARIS Ltd offers all scale of production PALMER

In December, 2005 the agreement between TARIS Ltd and English firm PALMER ENVIRONMENTAL Ltd is made. On conditions of agreement TARIS will be the official exclusive distributor of group of companies PALMER in the Russian market.

Firm PALMER is the leading world manufacturer of devices on search of outflow of various types, gauges of pressure and the charge of water and other equipment. Systems of teleinspection of pipelines TARIS and successfully supplement diagnostic equipment PALMER each other and allow to offer the customer the complex decision on search of outflow and diagnostics of a water supply system on the basis of the completed autolaboratory.

New modification of the P200 robot

In May 2005 was produced the P200-4M robot for CCTV pipeline inspection which is a new modification of the P200.

The main distinctions of the new robot from the previous modification are:

• quantity minimization of outer cables,
• availability of the electromechanical video-camera lifting device,
• more advanced joint construction of the main connector.

Besides, all the main advantages of the previous P200 robot modification, such as high cross-country ability, possibility of pivoting motion, availability of the sensors measuring crawler tilt and roll angles, capability of dry nitrogen injecting, presence of the control sensor of inner crawler pressure, etc., remained in the new P200-4M crawler.

The electromechanical video-camera lifting device is necessary for temporal video camera lowering for maneuvering in pipelines (for raising crawler stability) or for operation in pipelines with different diameters.

The system of X-ray flaw detection of pipeline cross welded seams

There was created the system of X-ray flaw detection of pipeline welded seams on the basis of a self-propelled crawler with an X-ray generator.

The system is oriented for quality control of the cross welded seams of a double-pipe joint in plant conditions with a possibility of X-radiation transformation into the visible image on a monitor screen and with a capability of X-raying results archiving in digital format in PC memory
